About:: Hey this is Marc Alan aka MrSoundGuy. I've been mixing bands professionally for about 15 years. I am just finishing up mixing FOH on the Jagermeister Music Tour 2008 mixing both co-headliners Type O Negative, and Hatebreed. Outside of playing guitar, this is the most fun job I could have ever imagined turning into a career. I am a very hard working, team player sort of guy who never forgets that I'm only as effective as my crew. I've really been blessed to work with some very talented people over the years--Thanks guys! My mix philosophy is that a great engineer isn't one to make a band sound great, but one who let's the band's greatness shine. My diverse taste in music has served me well mixing a wide variety of genres. I'm open to hearing from anyone in this crazy, wonderful business.
